Returns Policy

The Jewelry Empress is committed to making sure you are completely happy and satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of the date of receipt. All items for return or exchange must be in their original condition and packaging. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping cost. The Jewelry Empress will pay for the shipping return of any item that is intended for exchange for another style, is incorrect or is returned as a result of a manufacturer's defect. The Jewelry Empress will refund via the original form of payment, if the customer is not totally happy with their purchase. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

For Exchange 

Contact us with the information on the item to be exchanged. Upon receipt of the original purchase, we will prepare the new item for shipping and will reimburse you for shipping cost incurred to return the original item.The Jewelry Empress is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping process back to The Jewelry Empress. We recommend that you insure the item being returned and retain the receipt for tracking. Once we receive your return, please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for your credit to appear on your payment card or statement. Any original shipping costs incurred in delivering to you cannot be refunded.

Damaged Merchandise 

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us via email at info@thejewelryempress.com or call 305-804-7823 within the first 5 days of receiving of your order for a full refund. Be sure to include your order number, style & name.

Rush shipping- requires signature -U.S Postal Service Priority Mail Express- overnight $19.99

Processing & Ship Dates

The Jewelry Empress collections sell out quickly.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery for in stock items and up to 4-5 weeks delivery on items that are on backorder, unless otherwise noted.

Each item is insured during the shipping process and is trackable. Orders over $300 will require an adult signature upon receipt.  We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes for orders over $300.

Undelivered Packages 

Please be sure to provide your full and correct shipping address. We are not able to reship returned packages unless provide a valid shipping address and additional will occur. All undelivered packages are processed as a return minus shipping.
